Availability
On average:
5 days per week.
Since to me,
quality is more important than quantity, I only feel comfortable with
translating 1500 to 2000 words per day, depending on the level of difficulty. If
I have to translate more words per day (in view of a short deadline) this might
have a small impact on the quality of my translations.
During
school holidays my availability can be limited.
Network
Through a
number of national and international mailing lists for translators (a number of
which were set up and are maintained by me) I now have an extensive network of
translators, of whom I have also met quite a few in person. So should I not be
able to do the job you might want to offer me, I might be able to provide you
with names of people who can.
